Tables (6 ft tables) are $300.00 for each space. This space is first-come,
first-serve. The vendors that help us out with badges and other perks,
have first shot at the prime spots. All tables will be in the main
lobby to the room Fallfest will be held in.
You can pay for your table with check. Make checks out to "Fallfest",
send your check to:

Sponsorships options:
If you take a sponsored item from the list below you will get your college/business
name with link to your website on the Fallfest sponsor
page.
Icon on Fallfest website: Your icon will be on the
front page of the site as well as the sponser page. They will stay up
until the end of the year. $100.00
Information packets: (Each youth minister will get
one) If you have a folder/bag that can be used with your college/business
name on it. If you don't already have something like that we will have
to price something out and get back with you.
Identification badges: If you have luggage tags or
some kind of holder with your college/business name on it; It needs
to be able to hold a small paper schedule that can be worn on a person.
If you don't we will have to price them and get back with you.
Rooms for speaker, entertainment and security personal:
($198.00 a room, covers both nights or you can just sponsor one night
for $99.00.)
Office supplies: $100.00 covers all paper work used
at Fallfest
Wireless internet: $150.00 covers wireless internet
for the whole meeting space.
Power point/video advertisement: You can provide a
short (20 sec) video or a Power point slide that will be on the screens
at fallfest. $100.00.
